The ideal candidate brings strong project and program management experience, exceptional organization and attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives to completion. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong follow-through, and the ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Domestic travel of approximately 25–50% may be required depending on integration activity and deal volume.

  • Supports pre-close and post-close integration planning by identifying key risks, dependencies, information gaps, and readiness requirements
  • Develops and maintains detailed integration plans that reflect realistic timelines, deal objectives, operating priorities, and key milestones

  • Coordinates cross-functional workstreams to drive execution, manage dependencies, and resolve issues
  • Maintains integration plans, RAID logs, decision trackers, and other tools that provide clear visibility to milestones, risks, issues, owners, and actions
  • Facilitates recurring integration meetings, documents decisions and actions, and drives follow-through to closure
  • Identifies execution gaps and resource constraints and escalates issues requiring leadership attention
  • Prepares clear, concise updates for executives and workstream leaders covering progress, key risks, decisions required, and next steps
  • Develops and maintains integration dashboards and reporting materials that provide visibility to milestones, risks, issues, and key performance indicators
  • Supports integration governance meetings by coordinating inputs, preparing materials, and documenting decisions and actions
  • Builds strong working relationships with leaders and employees of acquired businesses to quickly identify and resolve issues that may disrupt ongoing operations
  • Partners with Human Resources and functional leaders to coordinate employee transition, organizational change, and communication activities
  • Identifies business disruption, people, and change management risks and ensures appropriate owners and mitigation actions are established
  • Applies Arcwood’s integration playbook, tools, governance processes, and standard workplans across acquisitions
  • Drives continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and incorporating improvements into integration processes, templates, tools, and standard workplans
  • Partners with workstream leads to refine integration activities, timing, roles, and deliverables based on experience and evolving business needs
