Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Director, Marketing  
The Director, Marketing will lead the execution of integrated marketing programs that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial growth. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, this role translates strategic priorities into high-impact campaigns across digital channels, sales enablement initiatives, and brand communications.

The Director will be responsible for building and operating a modern marketing engine, including digital demand generation, marketing automation, campaign management, and performance analytics, to support pipeline development and revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on marketing leader with strong digital expertise, operational discipline, and the ability to collaborate closely with sales and executive leadership.

 

Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Leads the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, SEO, and web
  • Manages marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations to build scalable lead generation and nurture programs
  • Develops audience targeting strategies including ABM initiatives, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Optimizes website performance and landing pages to improve conversion and lead capture

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Translates marketing strategy into coordinated campaigns that support commercial priorities and sales initiatives
  • Oversees campaign planning, asset development, channel execution, and performance tracking
  • Partners with Sales leadership to align marketing programs with pipeline development and customer acquisition goals
  • Ensures campaigns are executed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with brand standards

Marketing Technology & Analytics

  • Manages the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM integration, analytics tools, and campaign platforms
  • Builds dashboards and reporting systems that measure campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline influence
  • Establishes testing and optimization frameworks to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates

Brand & Content Development

  • Ensures consistent brand execution across digital, web, and customer-facing materials
  • Leads development of marketing collateral, thought leadership, and industry content supporting commercial initiatives
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality marketing assets

Team & Vendor Management

  • Oversees creative development, digital media buying, and marketing technology vendors
  • Establishes processes and workflows that improve marketing efficiency and campaign execution
  • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Education

- Bachelor’s degree (required); degree in marketing or business (preferred)

Experience

  • 8+ years of marketing experience with significant responsibility in digital marketing and campaign execution (required)
  • Proven experience managing digital demand generation programs that support pipeline growth and working closely with Sales organizations to align marketing activity with revenue goals (required)
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot or similar platforms (required)
  • Experience within B2B marketing environments (preferred)
  • Experience scaling marketing operations during periods of rapid company growth (preferred)
